Creating a New Form in Design View

In the Database window, select Forms from the options located on the left toolbar. Next, click on the New button which is located at the top of the screen.

Select Create form in design view

A pop up window with the title of ‘New Form’ will appear. Highlight the first item on the list called Design View and click the OK Button which is located at the bottom of the screen.
